Copper Club Research Co. — Terms & Conditions

1. Research Use Only
   • Laboratory/research purposes only.
   • No human or animal use.
   • No diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or disease-related use.
2. Researcher Responsibility
   • Researchers are responsible for ensuring their purchases and research activities comply with applicable laws.
   • Copper Club does not provide legal, medical, scientific, or regulatory advice.
3. Prohibited Uses
   • No human use.
   • No animal use.
   • No consumption or administration.
   • No personal, cosmetic, therapeutic, or unlawful use.
   • Products cannot be represented as suitable for human or veterinary use.
4. Product Information
   • Product information is for research identification and informational purposes.
   • Packaging, appearance, specifications, and availability may change.
   • Website information is not guaranteed to always be error-free or current.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
   • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
   • Copper Club can accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders.
   • Orders may be canceled when inconsistent with legitimate research use or applicable requirements.
   • Applicable refunds are processed if an order is canceled after payment.
6. Payment
   • Payment must be received before processing unless otherwise agreed.
   • Researchers must provide accurate payment information.
   • Suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unverifiable transactions may be declined.
7. Pricing & Availability
   • Prices and availability can change without notice.
   • Copper Club can correct pricing, listing, or availability errors.
   • Orders affected by obvious errors may be canceled with an applicable refund.
8. Shipping
   • Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.
   • Researchers are responsible for providing an accurate address.
   • Copper Club isn’t responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs, governmental agencies, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Free Shipping Protection

• Shipping protection is included free with all orders.
• Covers qualifying transit issues subject to applicable coverage terms.
• Researchers should promptly report lost, damaged, or affected shipments.
• Photos, tracking information, or other documentation may be required.
• Protection does not cover incorrect/incomplete addresses, improper handling after delivery, or excluded circumstances.

9. International Orders

• Researchers are responsible for determining whether products can legally be purchased, imported, possessed, or used for research in their jurisdiction.
• Researchers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, permits, and import requirements.
• Copper Club does not guarantee customs clearance.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• All sales are final except qualifying refunds/replacements.
• Orders should be inspected promptly after delivery.
• Damaged, incorrect, or materially different orders must be reported within 48 hours.
• Photos/documentation may be required.
• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Copper Club determines whether an order qualifies.

11. Product Handling & Storage

• Researchers are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery.
• Copper Club isn’t responsible for damage, degradation, contamination, etc. resulting from improper handling, storage, transportation, or use after delivery.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Products and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• No guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular research application.
• Non-waivable legal/consumer protections remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Copper Club limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Maximum liability for an order is generally limited to the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
• Legally non-limitable liability is unaffected.

14. Indemnification

• Researchers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Copper Club and related parties harmless from claims arising from:
  • Violations of the T&C
  • Violations of laws/regulations
  • Product misuse
  • Non-research use
  • Unauthorized website/content use

15. Intellectual Property

• Copper Club owns or licenses its website content, branding, logos, photos, graphics, text, descriptions, and designs.
• No copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation without permission.

16. Website Use

• Website must be used lawfully.
• No unauthorized access.
• No interference with website systems.
• No malicious code.
• No fraud or unlawful activity.
• No unauthorized scraping or commercial exploitation.

17. Privacy

• Website use is subject to the Privacy Policy.
• Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

18. Account Information

• Researchers creating accounts are responsible for their account information and activity.
• Information must be accurate and current.
• Accounts violating the T&C or applicable requirements may be suspended or terminated.
• We also want to add that researchers must create an account to purchase.

19. Age Requirement

• Researchers must be 21 or older to use the website or place an order.
• Using the website or ordering represents that the researcher is at least 21.

20. Compliance With Applicable Laws

• Nothing in the T&C authorizes unlawful purchasing, possession, transportation, distribution, or use.
• Copper Club may refuse transactions it reasonably believes could violate laws, regulations, T&C, or research-use requirements.

21. Changes to These Terms

• Copper Club may modify or update the T&C.
• Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
• Continued website use after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.

22. Severability

• If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

23. No Waiver

• Failure to enforce a provision does not waive Copper Club’s right to enforce it later.

24. Governing Law

1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
